K9 Clicker Clinics - They're FREE!
K9 Education are offering a free clicker training drop in service once a month. A great opportunity to learn how to use this amazing tool. All you need to do is register.
What is Clicker Training?
Clicker training is a method of training dogs (and other animals) that enables us to mark a given behaviour clearly and in a way the dog understands easily.
It indicates to the dog that they have done something we like and therefore a reward (toy/treat) follows, thus reinforcing the behaviour.
Clicker training energises your communication
Clicker training creates a safe and effective way to communicate with your dog
Clicker training increases the likelihood of a desirable behaviour happening more often
Clicker training enables dogs to learn how to learn
